The rules

Bend parks allow pedal-assisted e-bikes on park trails, but throttle e-bikes may only be used on roads and parking areas. Some trails and parks allow no bikes at all, so read the signs. The Old Mill District section next to the river is private land with its own speed rules.

What the official source says:

The Park Rules and Regulations Ordinance allows pedal-assisted e-bikes in parks and on trails. Throttle e-bikes can only be used on roads or parking areas.
